frequently
asked
questions

What should I bring to my first class?

We suggest bringing a water bottle, PILATES GRIP SOCKS, small towel for your comfort. We provide all necessary Pilates equipment, reformers, and props to ensure you have a seamless and focused session.

What is the recommended attire?

Form-fitting athletic wear is preferred as it allows our instructors to clearly monitor your body's alignment and form. For safety and hygiene on the reformer, grip socks OR BARE FEET for all classes.

How early should I arrive for my session?

Park out front of home, enter through left side of home following the pave stones through the gate.  Studio is located behind home.  We recommend arriving 5 minutes BEFORE each class, especially if it is your first visit. This gives us time to introduce you to the reformer and ensure you are settled and prepared before we begin our flow together.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value the time of our entire community and kindly ask for 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us to manage our class sizes effectively and maintain a dedicated studio environment.
